TO ORDER PRODUCTS SEEN ONLINE:
1)  E-mail us and list the following:

          a) Contact Information      - Your Name, Company (if there is), Address &  Tel. No.
          b) Order or Price Inquiry    - Item No. & Quantity you want to know the current prices
                                                         - Approx. time you wanted the order.
          c)  Shipping Information   - Ship to Name; Complete Ship to Address  & Tel No.
                                                        - Shipping Instructions (we can use any freight carrier of your choice too).
                                                           For International Shipment - we use FEDEX or DHL carrier. If you have an 
                                                           account with them , let us know and we can charge the freight collect.
                                                           For Shipment within Philippines - we use Air 21                
           d) Billing Information        - Specify Method of Payment  (Check, Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union,
                                                          Money Order or Cash- only if buyer is in Cebu City)

2) We will then e-mail you the Price Quote showing our current prices on the Items you inquired about.
3) Based on the Price Quote, you select the items you want to order & the put the Qty.  & e-mail the Price
     Quote form back to us.
4)  We will then e-mail you an Order Confirmation showing the Total Order Amount (excluding Freight Cost)
5)  A  50% downpayment will be required.
6)  Once we received your downpayment, production will begin. Production usually takes between 2-8 weeks
     depending on the order quantity. 
7)  Once order is finish and ready to be ship, we will then e-mail you of an Invoice showing the  total shipping
      charges & the other 50% cost balance.  This must be paid in FULL before we ship your order.
8)  Your order will then be shipped from our factory in Philippines directly to your shipping address.
      Normally  our shipment is by air (door to door). We use  Air 21 (for shipment with in Phils. ) or FEDEX /
      DHL (for International Shipments)
9)  We will notify you by email when order has been shipped.

TO SUBMIT A CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER:
1)   E-mail your custom design to sales@shemexport.com.
      Be sure to submit a clear & bigger photo of your design where the small details can be seen.
      Include complete  description and measurements in the drawing / design.
2)  We will then email you the price for that design.
3)  Once you accept the price, we will start the sampling.  Sampling takes between 2-3 weeks to make
      depending on the availability of the materials needed.
4)  We will notify you once sampling is done & email you an Invoice showing the total cost plus freight
     charge. We will not ship your sample unless a full payment must be paid.
5)  Your order will then be shipped from our factory in Philippines directly to your shipping address.
      Normally  our shipment is by air (door to door). We use  Air 21 (for shipment with in Phils. );  FEDEX or
      DHL (for International Shipments)
6)  We will notify you by email when order has been shipped.

ORDER REQUIREMENT: A minimum order quantity of 20 pcs each Item No. is required.
(except Shell Chandelier / Plant Hanger which is 6pcs per Item No.)

PAYMENT TERMS:
1)  A 50% downpayment is required before we begin production.
     The remaining balance plus shipping charges must be paid in FULL before shipment.
2)   We accept US Dollars &  Philippine Pesos ONLY.
3)   Currency Rate: We compute it based on the present currency conversion rate.
4)   We accept payments either by: Bank Wire Transfer (No bank wire fees must be deducted when we
      received your payment); Western Union ; Check ; Money Order or Cash- only if buyer is in Cebu City
5)   We DO NOT ACCEPT credit/debit cards for the meantime.

PRICING:
1)   The prices posted in our website is not our current prices.
       Please Email us a list of ALL Item Nos. you want to know the current prices of. We will then email you
       back with the Price Quote showing our current prices.
       Please allow us 1-2 business days  to email you our  Price Quote.
2)   Prices may change due to US dollar to Phil. Peso or Phil. Peso to US dollar currency rate change. 
       We compute price based on the present currency conversion rate.
3)   Prices are all the same whether you contact our USA or Philippine location.
       Our USA Contact Person is not an agent but is a co-owner of the Company - (daughter of the owner).
4)    For Wholesale Buyers: Our prices are based on per piece rate since all our products are hand-made.
       If you buy hundred or thousands  per Item No. we can adjust and lower the price for that Item No.
